Item didn’t work, support non existent, takes days to get a reply

Bought one of these, packaged etc ok, but it didn’t work, seems to be stuck in update mode.

After almost 3 weeks of the item not working, waiting days for a reply I have given up, will be sending back for a refund, paying less for a ‘refurbished’ item in this instance wasn’t worth it as I have had it now for 3 weeks and still can’t use it.

Will let my credit card deal with it from here
